The Complete Guide to Google Wave is a user manual for Google Wave, written by Gina Trapani and Adam Pash of Lifehacker. It's currently (Nov 5, 2009) only available as a preview edition in HTML format on their Wiki-based site.

I converted a snapshot of the current HTML chapters into Kindle format:

http://kfalck.net/pub/completewaveguide_kindle.zip

To read it, download the zip, uncompress it, and put the .mbp and .mobi files into your Kindle's documents folder via USB.

The conversion was done with Calibre, which automatically generates MOBI files from HTML. It's not perfect (the navigation links won't work), but it's readable and includes the images of the book.
